Frey Freyday-Enough

(Frey Freyday is simply a bunch of inspirational, motivational and other quotes meant to make you think, reflect, smile, even laugh a bit. Hopefully helpful, useful stuff….)

You are absolutely enough the way you are. Laurieann Gibson

You are important enough to ask and you are blessed enough to receive back. Wayne Dyer

You alone are enough. Oprah Winfrey

You are enough, which I believe is critical for any human being to get in their bones. KaDee Strickland

Try your hardest to be confident in who you are. You are enough – you are beautiful. Meagan Tandy

Enough –
Today we all strive to be better, to learn, grow, expand, and take in the heaps of information around us. We want to improve for our family, our career, to keep up with the Joneses, etc. etc.

We sometimes need to stop and remember that what we have inside us is enough.

Stop waiting for it to be perfect – or for you to be perfect.

Stop looking for that next book, or show, or program or whatever it is so that you can learn that new thing or ‘get just a little better’. You have all you need inside right now. Put down that new book and go out and do something.

Believe in yourself, you are enough, you have enough.

I don’t remember who said it but there was someone who once that said we need to remind ourselves “all I need is within me now”. This doesn’t mean that we give up learning or growing, but it does mean that we need to recognize that we are powerful beings capable of magic, growth, love, and things beyond what we really understand. We just need to believe and then go do it.

Frey Freyday was actually born out of something I created called “Words To Live By” (WTLB). Going forward, I will now not only share the quotes, as you may be used to receiving, but also a related (WTLB). In 1999, when we had our first daughter, I was contemplating how I would raise my new beautiful child, and I was thinking about how I can best educate her and my other children about values, morals, and other key thoughts about life. School offers education. Religion offers some values and morals. Parents offer most of it, sometimes intentionally, sometimes accidentally.
