All the fear we feel is based on our past experiences. Fear itself doesn’t know anything about present or future experiences. Fear has the power to paralyze us and holds us hostage to past occurrences. Fear insists on re-telling us the same old story, always trying to convince us that WE have all the right answers, that because we have been there we know at all, that we are just not that lucky, that we are not deserving, that we were not meant to be happy, regardless of how many times we see the opposite happening to others around us.
